Clean Up Salford Quays 🚮

The litter problem in the Quays has gone on for far too long.

Plastic in our waterways, broken glass on pavements, and discarded metal cans pose a real danger to wildlife, pets, and people alike. We’ve heard repeated promises from Salford City Council to action targeted clean-ups in the area, yet waste continues to gather and fester.

We care about our area and believe it deserves so much better.

To Salford City Council: Clean Up Salford Quays

The Salford Liberal Democrats are campaigning for the Council to act swiftly and decisively to sort this mess out once and for all. We need a dedicated waterways cleaning service, stricter littering penalties, and clearer ways for residents to alert Salford City Council to act on waste accumulation around the Quays. Sign our petition today and demand better for Salford!
